Trilogy Skateboards is Canberra's No 1 Skate Shop, locally owned and part of the skateboard scene since 2006. We also have an awesome skate team and group of local legends which have been an epic part of the Trilogy family. For the past 8 years we've been located inside the Canberra Centre, but we have now moved our store to 27 Lonsdale Street Braddon in the Palko building. We are still offering online purchases and delivery through Australia Post. As a local business, we just want to thank all our amazing customers who have supported us!

Purchases and Returns

All products listed to purchase should be instock and available in our store. In the circumstance where an ordered item is either unavailable, damaged, or not as described, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund as chosen by the customer. In the situation where a product is faulty or not as described, again we will offer a replacement or refund. Claims for products that are faulty or damaged must be made with in 48 hours of delivery.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR INCORRECT CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, we encourage you to contact us as we want all our customers to have a positive experience.

If you received a product and you need to swap the size or change the item, we offer exchanges up to 14 days from delivery. Return postage is at the buyer's expense. We do not offer refunds on itmes that are on sale or clearance.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with the instructions for how to return the items.

For the services we offer, we may collect personal information when using this site such as name, email address, phone number and postal address. These details are kept internally and may be used if we contact you in regards to your order. We may send promotional emails for special offers, new products or information we think you may be interested in.

We will never share/sell or swap your personal information with anyone.

Gift Certificates

Trilogy Skateboards Gift Vouchers come with no expiry date! The way it should be, so this will give the voucher holder plenty of time to check out all of our new arrivals and find their perfect gift of choice!

To purchase a gift card via our website, simply enter your name, email, recipients name, recipients email, add the dollar value of your choice, then add it to your shopping cart, and checkout as normal!

All of our vouchers purchased via our online store are digital gift cards and get sent out directly to the recipients nominated email address. If you would like a physical gift card sent, just give us a holla and our friendly team can help you out. Gift Cards purchased from within our bricks & mortar Canberra store can only be used in store. These cards are not compatible with our web store. Please contact us if you have any problems.

Gift vouchers purchased on our online store can be used both in our Braddon store and on our website.
