Shipping, Terms & Conditions
We can post items anywhere in Australia, with Free Shipping for orders above $50. All our orders are sent through Australia Post. If you require signature on delivery, please let us know by leaving a message in the comments box at checkout. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate postage fee of $10. We do no ship items overseas. We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. We will dispatch orders within 48 hours, and after that, the time for delivery is up to Australia Post. We will offer tracking to customers where possible. On average, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Due to high volume of deliveries by Australia Post, on occasion, orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. Please note this when ordering products for deadlines to avoid any disappointment.
Purchases & Returns
All products listed to purchase should be in stock and available in our store. In the circumstance where an ordered item is either unavailable, damaged or not as described, we will offer either an alternative product or a full refund as chosen by the customer. In the situation where a product is faulty or not as described, again we will offer a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, we encourage you to contact us as we want all our customers to have a positive experience.
If you receive a product and you need to swap the size or change item, we offer exchanges up to 14 days from delivery. Return postage is at buyers expense, however we can collect/swap items on our delivery route for the local Canberra region. In the situation where an item is faulty or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund according to the customers choosing.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items.
For the services we offer, we may collect personal information when using this site such as name, email address, phone number and postal address. These details are kept internally and may be used if we contact you in regards to your order. We may send promotional emails for special offers, new products or information we think you may be interested in. We will never share/sell or swap your personal information with anyone.

Trilogy Skateboards Gift Certificates have no expiry date and can be used to purchase anything from our store.
Online Store Gift Certificates and Trilogy in store Gift Cards use two seperate systems. If you would like to use a physical gift card purchased in store for an online purchase, please contact us with your gift card number using our Contact Us page, and we will send you a code which can be used online.
